Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
15-20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
Icing:
1 stick butter or margarine
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar (1 lb)
Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients for cake and bake for 45 minutes.
For icing, soften butter and combine with cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over cake while still warm.
